PACKAGING
All products are available for individual purchase or in bulk. As a small publishing company, we take pride in shipping only flawless volumes. To make sure that our customers receive the shipment in the same condition we pack it, we wrap each book individually in a cellophane to ensure a safe journey and ship the orders in secure envelopes marked DO NOT BEND or in sturdy shipping boxes.
Most of our publications are also available from POD giants such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Unfortunately, we have almost no control over how these companies ship our products or the condition in which they arrive, even though we do preorders, check for quality, and return and demand improvements as much as we can. From our experience, B&N's print and binding quality, as well as its packaging, is vastly superior to Amazon’s KDP.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We charge a $5.00 shipping and handling fee for up to 3 volumes and $10.00 for 4 to 8 volumes.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Please use our contact page to submit your detailed request for rushed orders, large orders (eight or more of various books and/or scores), bulk orders (eight or more of the same books and/or scores), international orders, or institutional orders. We will respond within 24 hours with an invoice that will include the discounted price and the cost of shipping and handling. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment. If our inventory is low, we will inform you of the expected processing time for your order approval before finalizing it.
